Shipping Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped by BELINDA WHITE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via the Grove.Mom website. It covers all products sold, including returns and exchanges. We are committed to providing safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery for an excellent customer experience.
2. Selection of Carriers
2.1 We partner with logistics providers that hold valid operating licenses and comply with all applicable US federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, coverage area, and cost-effectiveness for the specific shipment.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
3.1 Standard Shipping: Available to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Common carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and regional services.
3.2 Extended Area Shipping: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), and certain remote locations may require specific carriers (e.g., USPS Priority Mail) or may incur extended delivery times and/or additional fees.
3.3 Special Handling Items: Products that are high-value, fragile, oversized, require temperature control, or are classified as hazardous materials will be shipped via designated carriers and services appropriate for their nature. Additional fees may apply.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
4.1 Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) will typically be processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Note:Pre-order items, custom-made products, or items noted as “Ships in X days” on the product page will follow the specific timeframe stated.
4.2 Transit Time: Transit times begin afterthe carrier receives the package. Standard shipping within the contiguous US typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times to Extended Areas (3.2) and for Special Handling Items (3.3) will vary and may be longer.
4.3 Carrier Delays: Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[Your Amount] shipped within the contiguous United States.

5.4 International Shipping: We currently ship primarily within the United States and its territories. For potential international shipping inquiries, please contact support@grove.mombefore ordering. Fees and delivery times vary significantly by destination.
6. Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibilities
6.1 Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): If you receive a defective product or the incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost to ship the correct replacement item to you.
6.2 Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange: For returns or exchanges initiated by the customer (e.g., size, style change, change of mind) within our standard return window (typically 30 days, unused, in original condition with tags/packaging), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If exchanging for a different item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the recipient or is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred. A refund (minus these shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received back at our facility.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
The risk of loss and title for the products you order passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier for shipment. Once the carrier scans the package as received, responsibility for the package in transit rests with the carrier until delivery is confirmed.
8. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All orders shipped will include a tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide safe delivery instructions. We are not liable for packages stolen or damaged after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery, or failure to perform our obligations under this policy, due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, severe weather, or carrier network disruptions.
10. Policy Updates
BELINDA WHITE LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page (grove.mom/shipping-policyor similar) with a revised effective date. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
