At Grove.Mom, operated by BELINDA WHITE LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days​ of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect​ (please provide photos).

  • Exclusions: Digital downloads, personalized/custom items, and final sale/clearance products cannot be returned.


2. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at support@grove.mom​ with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Step 2: We’ll email you a return authorization and instructions.

  • Step 3: Ship items to:

  • Refund Timing: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days​ (bank processing times may vary).


3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.

  • Digital goods, custom/personalized items, or clearance products.

  • Original shipping fees (unless we sent a wrong/defective item).
