1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (please provide photos).
Exclusions: Digital downloads, personalized/custom items, and final sale/clearance products cannot be returned.
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at support@grove.mom with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Step 2: We’ll email you a return authorization and instructions.

Refund Timing: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot refund:
Items returned after 30 days.
Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.
Digital goods, custom/personalized items, or clearance products.
Original shipping fees (unless we sent a wrong/defective item).
